Almond Milk – A Hypoallergenic Diet Recipe

Ingredients


1 cup raw almonds
4 cup boiled water
1 tbsp unpasteurized honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup water

 

Method

 

Soak nuts in water and salt over night.
Place in a blender, and add honey. Blend thoroughly and strain. Place the almond pulp back in the blender, add 1/2 cup water, blend again, and strain. Keep refrigerated.

Generally keeps for 3-5 days.
